If you have the ID NUMBER to your account then message Bandai. They will put you through a series of questions like who was your teams and what number or order are they in. Friends list pearl count and more. If you have made a purchase screenshot them a receipt with ID and they should be able to make a new or resend you a tranfer code. Im dealing with it now i just gave them my ID this morning with screenshots of my purchases yesterday. Takes a while but they should be able to remake your account or refund the money.
