How to get Luck?

Why is it so that even if you put people with 40 luck in your party that the complete drop ratw is still low? I had at least three characters with 40 luck and 2 with 10. I thought my drop rate would go up much more bit it didn‘t... it was still only 3,3 but why????

You can farm a stage usually the strike stages. For Example Sai, Curse Mark 2 Sasuke etc. As long as you can keep farming the characters and then enhance them together for a max 99 luck character. It is hard to farm it at start but you should try to form multiplayer teams to farm the characters. As long as you can get the same character multiple times you can increase the luck by enhancing

You need to enhance the character with another version of it self it that makes sense. So if I enhance a Gaara with 2 more Gaara's then it will have 30 luck. There are also other benefits.

I've seen players with 6* Ukon/Sakon' s with 99 luck. Does this mean they have literally sat there and farmed 99 Ukon/Sakon'??? The character starts with 1 luck, I farmed him for a couple hrs got his luck to 9

Start playing Emergency Missions that drops farmable characters. You will have to grind since most of the drops is 1 luck. At first, you might have to play solo b/c most hosts of mp games wants high luck ppl to join only. But once you start hitting at least 40 luck, you get a better chance to join a mp games which will make farming easier b/c of the combined high luck
