my god how freaking stupid are you ppl?completely missed what he was asking. i think you need to win with the matching colors. so if its blue you need to bring blue characters. easier to do in gather friends provided they are smart enough to figure out that they need to match their colors or leave. 90% dont. if needed just leave last 2 spaces blank and go in with 4.

If you completed a mission with the said condition, you will find your pearls in the box on the top right corner of the "village" screen.
